Serrana Mini Flute

Ingredients

  • 1 Mini Flute
  • 1 egg
  • 25 g of courgette
  • 1 slice of serrano ham
  • 1/2 tomato for rubbing

Preparation

Lightly poach the courgette, mix with the egg and make a tortilla.

Putting together

Rub the bread with garlic to give a personal touch and highlight the flavours. Rub the half tomato, add the courgette tortilla and finish with the slice of grilled serrano ham.
