Chivito Bocata

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Bocata
  • 150 g of pork loin
  • 40 g of smoky bacon
  • 15 g of semi-cured Manchego cheese
  • 1 fried egg
  • Lettuce leaves

Preparation

Add salt and pepper to the loin and grill it, make the bacon and the fried egg. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them with a kitchen towel. To cut the cheese into thin slices, removing the rind.

Putting together

Open the Super Roll with a serrated knife. First add the lettuce leaves dressed with a drizzle of olive oil. Next, add the pork loin, the bacon, the cheese and finally, the fried egg. Close over and serve.
