Paniacos is a family company that has spent four years offering its customers a bakery with a different look and exceptional service. Its owner, Arturo Ruiz, tells us about his beginnings and the role of Panamar during the whole process: “I'm an industrial engineer, so I was very ignorant of the sector, but Panamar had supported us a lot during the whole process”.

What began as a personal enterprise has become a leader in bakery in Valencia, which now has seven stores. His success is due to his passion for the business. "I remember one time we had to organise the catering for a three-day concert in Valencia. They did not warn us that at night they cut the electric circuit at four o'clock in the morning and, therefore, all the frozen product in the walk-in freezers was going to go to waste. We called Jesus, Panamar's salesman, to tell him to come and help us. And just as well. He brought a lorry and a couple of people and we were able to save half of the product.”
