In charge of the breakfast buffet at the Hotel Medium Valencia is Jorge Luis Durán Fonseca, a Cuban who has been working in the catering sector since 1977. "What I like most about my job is seeing the satisfaction of the customer I serve. Everything's exquisite and the customers love it." 80% of the products in the buffet, among prepared and semi-prepared products, are made by Panamar.
